Two women already in jail now faces additional charges after drugs were found in their jail cell. 33 year old Sara Marie Lynn and 43 year old Casey Lynn Merriman were being held in Izard county. Officers found three baggies inside a toilet paper roll with various substances in them. One had tobacco, one had crystal meth, and the other had seven white pills. Lynn allegedly admitted to bringing the drugs into the jail. Lynn faces four felony counts of introduction of prohibited articles, three felony drug possession charges and one misdemeanor drug related charge. Her bond is set at $50,000. Merriman faces 4 felony charges of furnishing prohibited articles. Her bond was set at $10,000.
