A Gainesville man was arrested by the Highway patrol Tuesday. 42 year old Jason laird was arrested after fleeing from police. He is charged with resisting arrest by fleeing, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, careless and imprudent driving, speeding and failure to use a turn signal. He was taken to the Ozark County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
