A man from Norfork has been arrested on charges from 2017. 29 year old Christopher Scott Smith was arrested in connection with a domestic battery incident. Smith was being held in a Missouri Prison and was returned to Baxter County on Saturday. Smith is charged with felony aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery he is being held on $20,000 bond.
