A man from Bucyrus has been arrested on domestic assault and kidnapping charges after an argument during a custody exchange . 31 year old Colt Shelton allegedly grabbed a woman by the throat. Shelton was charged with second degree domestic assault and second degree kidnapping. The kidnapping charge reportedly stems from “restraining another unlawfully without consent as to interfere substantially with their liberty exposing a person to risk of serious physical injury. Shelton’s bond was set at $250,000.
