Names have now been released of those involved in a fatality accident Wednesday in Thayer. According to Thayer Police, Harold Tackitt was killed in the accident and Faith Tackitt was flown to a Springfield Hospital with serious injuries. Andrea Underwood was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. The accident happened just before noon Wednesday at the intersection of highways 63 and 19 in Thayer.
