The body of a former Willow Springs officer was found Wednesday morning by city workers. 77 year old David Hocking retired from the police force 20 years ago. He was found Wednesday after city workers found an abandoned car. The Howell County Corner Tim Cherry is performing the autopsy. no foul play is suspected, but he case is being investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Willow Springs Police Department.
