The Missouri Highway patrol arrested two women on felony drug charges last night in Carter County. 53 year old Deborah Davis of Van Buren and 38 year old Mindy Everett of Ellsinore were both arrested for felony possession of meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana. Everett was also charged with no insurance, and failure to display plates. Both were released after their arrest.
