A woman from Melbourne faces felony forgery charges. 26 year old Kimberly Fannon was arrested after she allegedly passed a series of checks on a closed account. Fannon is charged with 5 counts of felony forgery. She pleaded guilty in 2016 to forgery and theft charges.
