Governor Hutchinson Plans To Pardon Cotter Arkansas Man

Governor Asa Hutchinson has announced that he plans to pardon a man from Cotter who was convicted in 1964.  John Gill was convicted on assault with a deadly weapon and burglary charges, and larceny. the pardon is based on the dates of the conviction and fact that all terms of his sentence had been served. There will be a 30 day waiting period to receive public feedback before final action is taken.
