A woman from Pocahontas faces capital murder charges in the death of Former state senator Linda Collins Smith. Monday morning a judge found probable cause to charge 48 year old Rebecca Lynn O’Donnell with capitol murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence. O’Donnell was arrested Friday afternoon after a traffic stop on highway 62 west. O’Donnell is being held without bond.
