A Baxter County man who reported the rape of his 11 year old daughter and then was later charged with the crime, was in court yesterday and entered a not guilty plea to rape charges. 34 year old Roger Hicks Jr was in court Thursday in Baxter County. Hicks reported his daughters rape in January and as part of the investigation DNA samples were gathered and sent to the Arkansas State crime lab. The samples submitted matched the DNA of Hicks. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a minor when the girl’s urine tested positive for meth. Hicks will be back in court June 27th. His bond is set at $102,000
