Two people wanted on forgery charges have been arrested in Baxter County. 35 year old Lucas Hubbard and 33 year old Jamie Leanne Kellogg were both charged with 5 counts of felony forgery and felony theft of property. Their bond was set at $20,000 each and both will be in court on June 27th. Kellogg also had an outstanding drug warrant out of Shreveport Louisiana that she will be extradited on.
