Two people were arrested on multiple drug related charges and three children were taken to The Arkansas Department of human Services. 40 year old Torie Gene Ply of Summit and 25 year old Ashley Conigilo of Mountain Home were both arrested after a search warrant was served at Ply’s residence in Summit by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force and the Flippin and Harrison Police Departments. Both Ply and Conigilo face numerous felony charges. Bond for Ply was set at $40,000 and for Conigilo’s bond was set at $15,000
