A Man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway Patrol last night in Butler County. 43 year old Jason Payne was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
