A man from Cabool has been arrested on several charges. 28 year old Billy Mooneyhan was charged with peace disturbance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mooneyhan allegedly made threats to shoot another man and himself. A search of the camper where he was staying uncovered drug paraphernalia and a crystal like substance that field tested positive for meth. He was taken to Texas County jail and bail was set at $25,000.
