Two Norwood residents were arrested Friday morning in Wright County. 27 year old Kelsey Eastland and 33 year old Jason Eastland were both arrested by the Highway Patrol. Jason Eastland is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and Kelsey Eastland was arrested on a Texas County warrant for felony possession of controlled substance, and a Texas County warrant for felony unlawful use of a weapon. Kelsey Eastland is being held without bail and Jason Eastland was placed on a 24 hour hold.
