A Gassville Arkansas man accused of inappropriately touching an 8 year old girl has entered a not guilty plea. 38 year old Joseph Nicholas Desparrois was in court Thursday in Baxter County. the incident was made public when Desparrois and his 30 year old ex-girlfriend appeared on nationally syndicated, “The Steve Wilkos Show” to talk about the allegations. Desparrois allegedly failed a lie detector test during the show. He is being held now in Baxter County Detention Center on $35,000 bond.
