A Birch Tree man has been arrested for allegedly whipping a 6 year old Autistic boy. 34 year old Christopher Wayne Parsons was charged with a Class D felony abuse or neglect of a child. According to reports the boy had ran from his mother down a street and was almost hit by a vehicle. Parsons reportedly was whipping the boy with a belt as the boy was curled up on the street. Parson was released on $30,000 bail.
