A man from West Plains suffered serious injuries in an accident Friday afternoon west of Eminence. 42 year old Joseph Phipps was injured when a truck driven by 20 year old Dalton Simmerock of Eminence turned into the path of the car that Phipps was driving. Phipps was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened on highway 106 about 4 miles west of Eminence.
