A Fulton County man has been arrested on several felony charges. 29 year old Shain Smith was arrested Thursday on charges of residential burglary, two counts of theft of a firearm, felony defacing a firearm, felony possession of a defaced firearm, felony possession of a firearm by certain persons, and one count of misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $65,000.
