A man from Winona suffered moderate injuries in an accident Thursday night east of Willow Springs. The Highway Patrol reports that 59 year old Kenneth Kapp was injured when 19 year old Matthew Price of Mountain View dropped a cell phone while driving and attempted to pick it up, he swerved to the left and hit a vehicle driven by 22 year old Harley Kapp of Winona. Kenneth Kapp was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in west Plains. The accident happened on U.S 60 about 8 miles east of Willow Springs.
