A man who allegedly stole a car with a 9 year old in it in West Plains has now been arrested. Brad Davis allegedly stole the car from a gas station in West Plains, he at some point stopped the car long enough for the child to escape. Davis then stole a 4 wheeler in the Vanzant area. Davis had warrants from Howell, Texas and Wright Counties. He was arrested Sunday evening.
