A Mountain Home man was arrested by the highway patrol in Ozark county Monday night. 64 year old Steven Bluemlean was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance-pills, driving while intoxicated-drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was taken to the Ozark County jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
