A Fulton County man has been arrested on several felony charges after allegedly burglarizing a home and taking weapons. 29 year old Shain Smith is facing 8 felony counts of possession of firearms by certain persons, two counts of felony theft of property involving firearms, two counts of felony defacing a firearm, two felony counts of possession of a defaced firearm and one felony count of residential burglary. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of theft of property. His bond was set at $65,000
