A Willow Springs man was arrested Friday morning after a shooting on county road 5640. authorities say that 47 year old Michael Clark accidentally shot his neighbor Paul Weldon in the leg/groin area with a 22 caliber rifle. Weldon was flown to a Springfield Hospital. A blood alcohol test allegedly showed that Clark had a blood alcohol content of 0.238 percent, which is three times the legal limit. he is being held pending charges.
