More details and names have now been released in a murder investigation in Ripley County. Authorities have arrested 5 people in connection with the murder of a 44 year old Daniel Richardson. Arrested was Davis Scrivner Jr, Dawn Lloyd, Cody Payne, Jerad Lloyd and Schyler Tubbs. They were all charged with murder, kidnapping, arson, tampering with physical evidence and armed criminal action. Richardson’s body was found Sunday morning and a autopsy was done to determine the cause of death. Richardson was found about 10 miles north of Doniphan and authorities believe he had been dead for several days. The Missouri State Highway patrol Division of Drug and Crime control and the county coroner are assisting in the investigation.
