A man from Cabool has been arrested for allegedly molesting a young girl. 65 year old Thomas Bialas is charged with first degree sodomy or attempted sodomy with a victim less than 12 years old and second degree child molestation with a child less than 12 years old. Bialas was also convicted of sexual assault of a child ijn Nebraska in 1996. He is being held on $750,000 bond.
