A West Plains woman was injured in an accident north of West Plains on Thursday morning. 37 year old Crystal Carey suffered moderate injuries when she ran off the road, and struck an embankment. Carey was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened on highway BB about 3 miles north of West Plains.
