A Melbourne Arkansas woman was arrested for domestic battery. Izard County authorities arrested 65 year old Glinda Preston on domestic assault charges. She is being held in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Preston is scheduled to be in court on August 22nd on an unrelated case.
