A Texas County woman was arrested by the Highway Patrol Saturday morning on drug charges. 35 year old Joni Miller Of Plato was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and no registration. She was taken to The Texas County jail and then released.
