A West Plains man was arrested Saturday night on felony warrants. 38 year old Lucas Threlkeld was arrested by the highway patrol on a Phelps County felony warrant for burglary, a Howell County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a West Plains Warrant for traffic violation. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and is being held without bond.
