On Tuesday the Thayer Police arrested a man from Lead Hill Arkansas on Boone County Charges for child pornography. 56 year old Terry Break was arrested on a warrant for 19 counts of engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print medium and 19 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Bond was set at $20,000 cash or surety. He is being held in Thayer Jail awaiting a fugitive from out of state warrant.
