Big Drug Bust In Texas County Monday, Three Arrested

Authorities in Texas County have arrested three people after a multi agency drug bust. The Texas County Sheriff’s Department along with the Missouri State highway patrol, Houston PD, Licking PD, Cabool PD, and South Central Drug Task Force seized more than 2.5 pound of meth, three pounds of marijuana, 105 guns, body armour, and more than $46,000 in cash. The street value of the meth is estimated at $113,000 to $130,000. 59 year old Larry Wright of Plato and 23 year old Shayla Glasscock of Plato are both charged with first degree drug trafficking meth, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon. 58 year old Carolyn Groves of Plato is charged with first degree trafficking drugs, meth, and unlawful use of a weapon. The investigation continues and more arrest and charges are likely.
