Arraignment for Fulton County Judge Jim Kendrick on theft charges have been postponed. judge Kendrick was suppose to be arraigned last Thursday, but judge Kendrick told the court he had obtained Phil Smith as his attorney and was working on getting a second attorney. Judge Tim Weaver ordered Kendrick back in court on September 5th with legal representation.
