A man who allegedly tried to run a vehicle off the road and fled from police has been arrested. 31 year old Blake Martin was taken to Fulton County jail after the incident where he allegedly tried to run another vehicle off the road, and also fought with an officer, allegedly sticking his fingers in the officers eyes and yelling for his wife to film the fight. He also allegedly spit in the officer’s face and kicked and tried to bite him. Martin was pepper sprayed and then began to cooperate. Martin is charged with two felony counts of battery, one felony count of aggravated assault on a correction/law enforcement officer, four felony counts of aggravated assault, He also faces several misdemeanor charges. His bond was set at $10,000. Martin also faces 10 charges in an open case stemming from an incident in May.
