The Missouri State Highway patrol is reporting the arrest of three West Plains residents on federal warrants Thursday. 39 year old Shaun Ross, 63 year old Raymon Ortega and 61 year old Shirley Hicks were all arrested and taken to the Howell County jail. They are all being held without bond.
