A woman from Izard County has been arrested on several drug charges. 57 year old Katie Havens was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, meth and a schedule I or II drug, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance near certain facility a church. She is being held without bond.
