
The Cinderella story continues for Loyola-Chicago in the NCAA Tournament. Loyola held off Nevada 69-68 in their Sweet 16 match-up last night to advance to the South Regional finals on Saturday. They will face the Kansas St. Wildcats who knocked off Kentucky 61-58. In the West Regional last night, Michigan routed Texas A&M 99-72 and Florida St. beat Gonzaga 75-60. Michigan will face Florida St. in the West Regional finals on Saturday.
The Sweet 16 round of the NCAA continues tonight with the East and Midwest Regionals. In the East, #1 Villanova will battle West Virginia, and Texas Tech will play Purdue. In the Midwest its #1 Kansas playing Clemson and Syracuse will tangle with Duke.
