A Mountain Home teen has been arrested for sexual indecency with a child. 19 year old Devonte James Sipps was arrested and allegedly admitted to the use of an illegal drug and having sexual relations with a 14 year old. Sipps is charged with two felony counts of sexual indecency with a child. He is being held on $25,000 bond.
