The Howell County Sheriff’s Department is reporting four arrest earlier this week. 26 year old Cali Rebekah Spillman of Springfield was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $25,000. 48 year old Steven Ray Collins of Villa Ridge was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of forgery. His bail was set at $10,000. 38 year old Dustin Gene Fisher of Mountain View was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of receiving stolen property. His bail was set at $5,000. 20 year old Ricky Tyler Bates of Willow Springs was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of third degree domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bail.
