
The Missouri State Highway patrol was busy with several accident Friday around southern Missouri.
Around 11:15 Friday morning, a Birch Tree woman was injured in an accident south of Mountain View. The Patrol says that 77 year old Geraldine Figurski suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit a utility pole and overturned the pickup she was driving. The accident happened on Missouri 17 10 miles south of Mountain View. Figurski was taken to OMC.
Then around 11:30 a Caulfield woman was injured in an accident in South Fork. 67 year old Janet Redford suffered minor injuries when another vehicle turned into the path of the vehicle she was driving. The other driver was not injured. Redford was taken to OMC. The Accident happened on U.S. 160 in South Fork
Around 6 Friday evening a West Plains man was injured in a three vehicle accident east of West Plains. 57 year old Randy Vermillion suffered minor injuries when he hit the rear of another vehicle causing it to hit another vehicle. No one else was injured in the accident. Vermillion was taken to OMC. The accident happened on U.S 160 about a mile east of West Plains.
Just after 6 Friday evening the Highway patrol reported that 43 year old Craig Dotson of Rolla suffered moderate injuries in an accident north of Licking. Dotson was injured when another vehicle crossed the centerline and hit his vehicle. Dotson was taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center.
