A man from West Plains was arrested by the Highway patrol Saturday afternoon. 29 year old Brandon Kuhlman was arrested on a felony Howell County warrant, felony possession of a stolen vehicle, driving while revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Howell County jail.
