A man from Willard has been charged with assault in Texas County. 52 year old David Klotz is charged with felony second degree domestic assault. Klotz allegedly hit a woman who was taken to the Texas County Memorial Hospital with a possible fracture to the right orbital bone, around her eye. Klotz is being held on $200,000 bond.
