An accident south of Hardy Tuesday afternoon has claimed the life of an Independence Missouri man. The Arkansas State Police report that 77 year old Raymond Watson was killed when he crossed the centerline and hit a Kenworth Tractor Trailer head-on. The accident happened on highway 63 just south of Hardy around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
