A Houston Missouri woman faces drug charges after her arrest. 45 year old Julie Colvard was a passenger in a vehicle that a Texas County deputy stopped after seeing it commit a traffic violation. Colvard was asked to empty her pockets and the deputy found a plastic bag containing a substance believed to be meth. Colvard is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony resisting arrest.
