The Highway Patrol Arrest A Mountain View Woman

A Mountain View Missouri woman was arrested by the Highway Patrol Sunday morning. 37 year old Donna Kargel was arrested on a felony Howell County warrant for assault, no seatbelt and failed to signal. She was taken to the Howell County Jail.
