A Ribbon cutting was held This morning at the New Steak N Shake restaurant in West Plains. The Restaurant opened on Monday and was extremely busy with customers wanting to check out the new facility. steak N Shake is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. each day.
