An inmate at the Independence County Jail faces new charges after breaking the sprinkler head in his cell and flooding the room. Dylan Cooper of Batesville allegedly got upset and damaged the sprinkler head. the Damage to the cell is a felony. this is the second incident at Independence County jail where an inmate damaged a sprinkler head.
