A Cotter Arkansas man has been arrested for break-ins at a mini storage facility. 63 year old Dennis Wagers is charged with 5 counts of felony breaking or entering, felony theft of property and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance marijuana. His bond was set at $10,000 and he will be in court on October 17th.
