A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway patrol Thursday afternoon on felony charges. 35 year old Gregory Byes was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
